	Common Name: PAK CHOI - GREEN. Botanical Name: Brassica rapa chinensis. Description: A pale-green stem variety. Use leaves and stems. A popular Asian vegetable. Requires very light steaming for best flavour. Sow Summer - Autumn in cold areas. July - March in warm areas, and all year in the tropics. Sow 1cm deep in desired growing position, in well manured beds. Cover seed very lightly with soil. Thin to 20cm apart. Keep moist. Harvest in around 40 days. Seed Count: 100.
